Design Philosophy
Here is my personal take on web design.A great website is a pleasure to experience. It invites you in and makes you feel welcome. It is thoughtfully arranged to make your visit effortless, even fun. The design is tasteful and classy, and is well-matched to the content of the site. It does its job, and it does it well.
At no point should a visitor to your site be confused as to where they are or what to do next. Information should be organized and accessible, and everything should work properly. The internet is a very interactive medium, and flashy design can never compensate for usability problems. Successful websites must be both beautiful and usable.
My visual bias is toward refined simplicity. When you strive to eliminate anything that distracts from the core message, you are left with what is essential—and that is what will have the most impact. The world of marketing is already full of clutter. I like to deliver products in a package that frames them in an oasis of calm.
